Junior Church Claire Prime - Junior Church Leader
Junior Church meets every 1st and 3rd Sunday at 10am for an hour. We always start by talking about the children’s weekly events, and then we have our own prayer followed by The Lord’s Prayer. We have various activities for the children, usually including some singing alongside of religious instruction.
We set up various games and activities for the children to take part in. We also occasionally go on different outings to various places within the
community. During the Easter holidays we try to run a workshop, with fun and games for the children to enjoy. We present Bibles to the children who attend regularly and all the children are encouraged to make their 1st Holy Communion when they reach 7 or 8 and to be Confirmed when they are about 10. We hold a weekend camp and BBQ in July.
If you are interested in joining us, please come along one Sunday morning where you will be made very welcome! .
